OUR WORK IN ACTION:
Network Weaving
Network weaving is an approach to collective problem solving and distributed action bringing people together across sectors who otherwise would not cross paths.
Many of our biggest challenges today are systemic. They require us to tackle the root causes, not just the symptoms. Network Weaving helps civic leaders adopt a systemic mindset by understanding our role and embracing uncertainty.
Innovation happens when we encounter different experiences and ways of looking at the world. Network Weaving allows stakeholders to build relationships across boundaries, coordinate actions, and work together to achieve something they could not accomplish on their own.
Black Home Initiative
One of our key Network Weaving programs is the Black Home Initiative, a network of community groups, nonprofits, private businesses and government agencies working to support 1,500 new Black Homeowners by 2028.
